The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, good services. The unit we got was stylish and new-fashioned with comfortable bed, the decoration & furnishings, as for instance. The setting of hotel was great, on the quay. Great to be 300 metres away from The Good Catch, enjoyed our meal there.

The setting was stunning and fantastic, adjacent to the Observatory, the centre of town and waterfront and the open sea. Twin room had facilities you could need. The breakfast was large with an a fantastic view, and the staff was efficient.

The room was tasteful and fantastic for the beds to be put together, just what we needed. The location of this hotel close to the Observatory with a beautiful view of the river and the centre of town and waterfront was unbeatable. And it was around 10-15 minutes walk from The Old Quay House, ate there couple of times.

The rooms are recently refurbished with a view looking up to the ship inn, and the location is stunning right by the estuary. The main bar is great, appreciated this place. The view from the window was LOVELY. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Within walking distance of Sam's, where you can have lunch. Besides, we could use free Wi Fi in all rooms. Would definitely go back!
